MERRY CHRISTMAS 🎄🎅

오늘도 카페에서 공부하고 책 읽었습니다 ㅎㅎ
I also studied and read a book today at the cafe lol

새해 계획도 야무지게 세우고요 💕
I wrote down my new year resolutions in my iPad 💕

I'm cool! is confidence

못난 것 같지만 괜찮다! 라는 건 자존감
I'm like ugly, but it's okay! is self-esteem

후자가 더 오래 간다는 말!
The latter lasts way longer!

나는 자신감이 진짜 많은 편인데(항상 내가 짱이라고 생각하고 사는 편ㅎ)
I have a lot of confidence (I always think I'm the best lol)

우울한 날에는 자신감은 커녕 자존감도 제로..
But on depressing days, I have zero self-esteem, let alone confidence..

이걸 보고 자존감을 더 많이 기르자고 생각하게 되었다.
Seeing this made me think to build more self-esteem.
